Write about a meaningful object or place in your life that carries a story.

Prompt: Write about a meaningful object or place in your life that carries a story.

I have this bear that glows, shes pink, has a nice tutu skirt, 6 blue strands of hair and pink shoes, the name I've given to her was 'Light Bear'. The story behind this bear was when I was 6 years old and was scared of the dark a lot, of course when I looked to the right side of my mom's bed I saw a glowing object, this object glowed so bright, being my lifeline. Every night I slept with the same bear which helped ease my fears, she still glows dimly today and kept her close to me for 11 years. Today in class we read the text "NAVAJO CREATION", it was about an origin myth story with the theme emphasizing to avoid conflict with others and try to work out your problems. The story has some similarities to the bible, making biblical allusions, including the creation of Earth, humans, plants and animals. Today there really wasn't much to learn about this lesson but it did give me a new story to remember and it was nice to hear this story that these people grew up with. I might spread this story to my family, something to use in a conversation.
