I did not do much over the break, I wanted to hang out with my friend but she was grounded like always, her parents barely let her out the house that involves hanging out with friends. So our way of connection is texting and playing games with each other, it is pathetic to think about it that I might've spent my entire break inside at home playing games with my friend. I also studied and tried to catch up with A PUSH and AP Psych, reviewing the videos and the text. I had fun playing and calling my friend, although I did not do much, I am alright with that and enjoyed talking to her.

Summary:

Today our assignment is based on Lesson Four vocabulary, where we have to make an entire comic strip with dialogue that contains the vocabulary words. We have to make up a story that can use these words and draw them within the 13 boxes provided. This assignment will be due by Wednesday 10/22 and Mr. Rease said that we would not work on it tomorrow.

Reflection:

My reflection for today is that I suck at imagining a story in my head right away, I see my other peers already planning and drawing. But like they always say, taking your time helps create a masterpiece? I also noticed that our new vocabulary words consist a lot of negative meanings or when put into context,

 Prompt:  As you grow older and face new experiences, what issue or topic do you think you'll have to stand up and debate most often, whether with friends, family, or society?  Prompt Response: I am having trouble trying to think of an answer for this prompt, I am sure there are plenty of things I can argue with my family but I am not entirely sure what type of topic I will be needing to argue about as I grow. I think there is something that I will need to keep stating to people, that I do not plan to have kids any time soon or marry any person. I really want to live for myself and have fun with friends rather than settle down into a family while I can go out and explore. If I were to marry, I'd expect us to switch roles in cooking and cleaning or going to work rather than me staying at home and they go to work like how my mom suggests it.
