When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

Prompt: When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

Prompt Response:

Whenever I'm in a mood that I do not like, I usually just go on my phone or lock myself in my room for total peace and quiet. If I do not have that option during public then I cannot change it until I walk into a class that I like or until I get out of school to use my phone. My mood also becomes better the moment my friend talks to me, which is wonderful in my opinion.

Summary:

Today Mr. REASE was not here, so we have an assignment he left us on NewELA, about a text called "Scientists finally know why icy surfaces are so slippery", we were supposed to answer the questions and do a written response by the end of it. We had a sub to look over us, while the all the boys created their little hangout area by connecting their desks together. We still need up finishing the assignment by the end of class as it should have been.

Reflection:

I can reflect that I understood the text and how to answer the questions, I also managed to complete the work in time which is also an achievement. When I completed the work, I got to reward myself with some free time to do work for other classes and other things.
